A blessing, given together.

2020

Called to build

Green Bay Life Church felt a clear call to build a new church home. Even through the pandemic, rising costs, and new regulations, our Core Group and Building Team stepped up to lead the way, inspired by the generosity of Exodus 36.

2021

Creativity for Christ

We were blessed to connect with architect Roger Morrison and his team, who turned a big vision into a collective mission: a design for our refurbishment, and for a future new auditorium.

2022

The power of small things

We united to fundraise together, through arts and crafts markets, food bazaars, an online ‘Give a Little’ page, and a ‘Giving Marathon’ where families filled jars with spare coins. No gift was too small for God to use for something far greater.

2023

A family united in faith

Pastor La Wawm and his team from Valley Road Church took on our building project with generosity and excellence. While the work was underway, Bro. Sam and Sis. Gie welcomed us to worship at St. Austells, and our own members gave their talents too, from carpet tiles to a new sound system, while a chair fundraiser let us bless other churches with our old seats.

Nov 2023

Welcome home

We finally reopened our refreshed church home, the place we call home where Jesus Christ is Lord. We saw God’s kingdom economy at work: often all it took was a simple ‘yes’ to giving, serving, or leading.

2024 & 2025

Heart of stewardship

These years have been about good stewardship: growing our leaders, gifts, and ministries to continue caring well for the house God has given us.

2026 & beyond

Casting our nets

God is now challenging us to cast our nets out further, toward the next stage of building: a new auditorium. It’s a step beyond our own resources, but if He has brought us this far, He can take us further still. Together, we can achieve far more than we might alone.
